Advance Payment: The 50% advance is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels after work has started, no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Company: If Leven Work is unable to complete the project due to internal reasons, a fair refund of the remaining (post-advance) payment may be considered.
Partial Payments: Any work delivered up to the cancellation date will be billed, and costs will be deducted from refunds (if applicable).
Service Satisfaction: Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with subjective preferences. Instead, revisions (within the scope) will be provided
