Welcome to Leven Work (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Leven Work provides website development, design, SEO, and related digital services.
2. Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- This advance is non-refundable.
- The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the time of final delivery before handover.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, PayPal, and other approved digital methods.
3. Project Timeline
- Standard project delivery is 14 business days, depending on scope and client responsiveness.
- Delays caused by late content, approvals, or communication from the client may extend timelines.
4. Delivery & Acceptance
- Final delivery will be made once full payment is cleared.
- Clients are responsible for arranging hosting and domains unless separately purchased through us.
- Source files and full admin access can be provided at an additional cost.
- Once delivered and approved, any future edits, changes, or issues will only be handled under a separate maintenance agreement.
5. Revisions & Changes
- Clients are entitled to 5 free revisions within the project scope.
- Additional revisions or features beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
- Any request for changes after 30 days from delivery will be treated as a new task and charged separately.
6. Maintenance
- A one-year maintenance plan is available at an extra cost.
- Paid plugins, themes, or third-party tools required for your project will also be charged separately.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Leven Work is not liable for:
- Hosting/server downtime.
- Third-party plugin or theme issues.
- Misuse, modification, or unauthorized access after delivery.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
- If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required content within 30 days, the project may be terminated, and the advance will be retained.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
